GOOD Based on 262 reviews Posted on Amanda P22/10/2025Verified Tasty tour was terrific! Great information, food and sights. The history is fascinating - from award winning chocolates, to superb elk broth, to mushroom pies, to great coffee - and some warming drinks too. Paul was a great host and gave me such insights into the what and why and how of Estonian cuisines.Posted on foodie_munich12/10/2025Verified More than just a foodie experience Was a very interested tour; not just culinary. Learned a lot about Tallinn and saw many corners we wouldn't have experienced otherwise. The alternative creative quarter was a highlight. Paul is a sympathetic guide and you can tell he is passionate about his homeland.Posted on Amy S01/10/2025Verified Amazing - highly recommended We had the best time on the food tour with Paul. We learned so much about the history of Tallinn/Estonia as a whole and it was really insightful. It was also great to try so many delicious foods - we were absolutely stuffed by the end! So glad we did it and would recommend to anyone.Posted on Caro Swan22/09/2025Verified Paul's Tallinn Food & Local History Tour We had a great day with Paul who went over and above in order to give us the best experience. There were only three of us on this trip so it felt rather special and we may have got into places not normally suited to larger groups so we felt privileged. Because of Paul's extensive knowledge of his country, alongside food and drink tastings we were given a detailed account of the history of Estonia, and its various influences over the decades. We visited places and sampled local cuisine that we would never have discovered without his expertise. We didn't feel rushed, we certainly didn't come away hungry, and he also gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat and drink. He even taught us a few Estonian words. Thank you Paul. A few hours very well spent.Posted on RSBham21/09/2025Verified Great tour! Fun and informative! We got to try a wide range of foods and learned a lot while doing so. It was a great introduction to Tallin. Our guide Paul was great too. I definitely recommend this tour.Posted on Craig P19/09/2025Verified well worth it Great experience, Paul was a fantastic guide, really interesting to hear about the history of Tallin, some fantastic food and supremely well organised …. Thank You PaulPosted on Kwikan29/08/2025Verified The Lahemaar national park is beautiful and this is a great way to experience the Estonian countryside We really had a great day on this trip, the itinerary was perfect and we saw a good variety of the Estonian countryside, from waterfalls to country manors. We even managed to get into the bog for a swim. The lunch was really nice and in a lovely restaurant. Paul is a great guide, he’s very informative and entertaining, we learned a lot about Estonia from him, including some good Estonian music. He modified the tour to suit the group so we got to see a lot and we never felt rushed. We’d highly recommend this tour. Cormac and AlicePosted on michael k25/08/2025Verified Very poor tour short on food. This tour was very disappointing. Very short on food and just adequate otherwise. We stopped at five places to eat: 2 pieces of chocolate at a confectionary, a slice of toasted bread topped with a tomato slice and cheese, a bread encasing a ground meat content (the only solid food), a local alcoholic drink in a food market, and a scoop of ice cream at a standard ice cream parlor all for 139 dollars over 4 hours. The guide was 16 years old and did his best but it took 4 hours as his English was OK but slow. Though there was history shared it was all heard before in our base tour. Frankly we deserve a refund.Posted on Heidi W10/08/2025Verified Nice food tour in old town and Market. It was a nice tour, had a good mix of culture facts, snacks, food and drinks.Guide let the Group chose different options to fit the groups needs.Posted on Philippa S03/08/2025Verified Old Tallinn food tour Our guide, Hugo, was wonderful. Charming and knowledgeable and a proud Estonian. The tour started in the old town and finished in the hip food market area of Telliskivi. We sampled a good range of local, historic delicacies such as kama and marzipan. Everything was very smooth and well organised with a range of interesting cafes. Lots of historic and cultural information was added in between our food stops. There were only 4 of us on the tour so, with Hugo, we felt like a group of 5 friends very quickly.
