Informative, fun and very tasty Our guide Paulo was very informative , we enjoyed our tour of old town Tallin and sampling its food. Some of the dishes were surprisingly quite delicious. We tried food we had never eaten before. Linda and Pat from Ontario Canada

Tallinn First Stop! Paul is an amazing tour guide. If you have a thirst for knowledge of the area this tour will satisfy. Whether you find yourself in Tallinn for business or pleasure either the day trip or food tour is highly recommended to orient yourself to the culture. I learned so much during my tour which gave context to everything I saw and experienced afterward while in Tallinn. Paul also does corporate tours if you need to coordinate a custom tour that will create lasting bonds and understanding of this amazing region. Many thanks Paul!

Wonderful tour! We had a great time on our tour with Paul! He is a great guide and we learned so much about Estonia’s culture, history and food. We made so many stops that we were very full by the end of the 3 hours! They were all delicious and we also got to explore some neighborhoods that we may not have gone to on our own otherwise. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tallinn!

Great Tour of Estonian Food & History I had a wonderful tour with Paul - I had booked the three hour Estonian food tour for a small group tour, but I was the only one who had booked. In my experience most operators would have canceled under that scenario, but Paul graciously gave me a private tour. He was an excellent guide, providing a background on Estonian history and how that caused Estonian cuisine to develop what into what it has become today. We made seven different stops and had the opportunity to sample a variety of different foods. Everything was delicious an I even went back to a few during my remaining time in Tallinn. If you're looking for a great introduction to Estonian food I'd highly recommend!

Great tour Paul was a great guide! He started off with a lot of Estonia's history which was very interesting. There was a lot at first, perhaps some of it could have been sprinkled in more during the first few stops of the tour. The stops we went to were great - loved the dumplings, chocolate lichen, and kama!! It was really cool how we hit the highlights in Old Town and then also ventured out to the Food Market and "hipster" area. We did go over the tour time, so just keep an eye on it if you have a ferry to catch back. Paul was great about adjusting the final stops based on what we were interested in and what was open. We did have one gluten-free person in my group - Paul was great about communicating with the places about it, but she did miss out on a lot of the food. One place had a gluten-free alternative that wasn't really comparable and then others had nothing, so I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is gluten-free.
