Tourest 2022 was postponed but Hosted Buyers workshop among it was held in Tallinn on 30.03-03.04.2022. Hosted buyers workshops and social gatherings among it is a good way to predict and follow the inbound tourism trends and volumes for Estonia and region in this constantly changing global environment. Food Sightseeing Estonia took part of this workshop with sincere hopes towards recovery and enhancements of tourism trends, especially focusing on how to improve our food & drink & incentive & sightseeing tours with environmental and urban and social sustainability in mind.
A number of meetings within the workshop was held and despite the turbulent times in Europe the overall atmosphere was with positive outlook towards leisure and corporate travel trends to Estonia and to Baltics, mainly focusing on private and tailored travel and incentive programs, along with growing focus on local food tours.
